Terms of Use

Last updated: May 15, 2026

  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies referenced herein. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

  2. 2. Eligibility

This platform is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale transactions. Registration requires a valid business registration or equivalent commercial documentation. Personal-use buyers are not eligible. The operator reserves the right to verify business credentials at any time.

  3. 3. Account Registration and Approval

Each account is reviewed and approved by an administrator before activation. The operator may decline, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for incomplete verification, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms. Buyers are responsible for safeguarding credentials.

  4. 4. Ordering and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Each product is offered subject to its stated MOQ, lead time, and availability. Quotes provided through the platform are non-binding until confirmed by the operator. The operator may revise or cancel orders that do not meet MOQ or that arise from pricing or specification errors.

  5. 5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in the listed currency and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods, payment terms, and any deposits will be communicated during the order confirmation flow. Late or non-payment may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

  6. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are consolidated from Korea and delivered under Incoterms agreed in writing during order confirmation (commonly FOB, CIF, or DAP). Risk of loss transfers per the agreed Incoterm. Lead times are estimates; the operator is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events of force majeure.

  7. 7. Returns and Refunds

Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable once shipped. Claims for damaged, defective, or short-shipped goods must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt with photographic evidence. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or credit at the operator's discretion.

  8. 8. Intellectual Property

All site content, brand names, logos, product images, and copy remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Buyers may use product imagery and descriptions solely for the purpose of reselling purchased goods, and must not alter brand marks or misrepresent product origin.

  9. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability arising out of or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  10. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

  11. 11. Contact
